What is less mysterious is that the source of the light is definitely from the vehicles headlights. As the brightest spot lines up perfectly with the rest of the vehicle. Also you can see a faint illumination at the vehicles rear, presumably the red back/parking lights that would be turned on automatically while headlights are on.
The thing most difficult to explain is how the moisture is able to catch the light and appear as if it is much closer to the car. I can’t presume that is normal, but it doesn’t immediately appear to be paranormal.
