We caught the premiere episode of Haunted Encounters last night – a para team of four investigators checking out a couple of locations, including a murder-scene silent film theater in LA. They seem to have an affinity for doing what they call “a ripple in time” provocations - recreating tragic events (like murders, etc) in the locations they investigate in the hopes they will stir activity from the spirits of the original victims.
We’ll give the thing a few episodes before we come to any final conclusions – not all that impressed so far – but we do have one question: if you’re a professional paranormal investigator, and one that gets picked to be on a TV show no less, isn’t it a little embarrassing to be, like, scared ???
